What we collect

Only what you type or upload in our forms: name, email, company, country, product details, quantities and any files you attach. The site uses Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare for basic, aggregated traffic statistics.

How we use it

Buyer RFQs are used to find suitable Vietnamese manufacturers. With your consent in the form, we share the RFQ, including attachments, with up to 3 manufacturers so they can quote you directly. If you ask for an NDA, we sign it before sharing drawings or artwork. Manufacturer and vendor registrations are used to match future RFQs.

Form processing

Forms are delivered by email through FormSubmit. We do not sell your data and do not add you to mailing lists.

Retention and deletion

We keep RFQs and registrations as long as they are useful for matching, and delete them on request. Email sales at biopackvn.com to see, correct or delete your information.
